It's That Time of Year Again


It’s that time of the year again Yes, the holidays are here with all its consequential hustle and bustle:  The shopping, decorating, celebrating, visiting, etc., added to all the everyday errands and chores of our regular lives.

WORRY, WORRY, WORRY

 
Worrying.  What’s the point?  I consider worrying an activity and problem in and of itself.   Worrying can be exhausting, time-consuming, distracting and downright uncomfortable.  Some people even suffer with worry, often referred to  as anxiety.    Worry is an emotional feeling and experience that most, if not all, people know and understand.

Even though blogs are not a new thing, it's new to me and to Sierra Counseling. My hope is that this blog gives you something to think about, laugh about, even cry (in a good way), but mostly it'll be about how to live life to the fullest whatever that means to you and wherever you are in life.

A Balancing Act

So often people feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Understandable. It seems like there's never enough time to get it all done. And you all know what it is. All that stuff that HAS to get done or something terrible will happen.
