Here’s a list of current events, meetings, and seminars that may be of interest. We update this list regularly, so check back often!Additional groups will be added to satisfy demand. Each group will run in 4 week segments. SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING GROUP: PART 1, JANUARY 5-JANUARY 28, 2012! Learn appropriate skills for ALL levels of functioning. Groups will be created based on each individual's level of functioning and particular area of difficulty (ies). Also, when applicable individual diagnoses will be considered in forming groups. Group sizes will be limited. Beginning Thursday, January 5th at 4 p.m. for elementary school children Beginning Saturday, January 7th at 10 a.m. for elementary school children Beginning Saturday, Janueary 7th at 11:30 p.m. for junior high and high school students LEARN: How to interact with other kids and adults. In Relaxation Training you will learn:

• Guided Imagery

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT was originally developed for those who have persistent, recurrent and significant problems dealing with their emotions and moods. Rather, you feel like your emotions and moods are managing you.
Adult DBT meets every other Mondays at 5 p.m. & Teen DBT Thursdays at 5 p.m.
